Surrounded by greenery and peace, this home offers the best of both worlds: the forest at the front door, and the water at the back. Ideal for couples, families or friends looking to relax in a private, comfortable setting.

The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, decorated with love and attention to detail. The personal interior style creates a warm, lived-in feeling. In the bright and cosy living room, you’ll find a wood-fired fireplace, comfy sofas, a chaise longue, a large bookcase full of books, and an impressive 3-meter-long dining table – perfect for long dinners or games with the family.

With underfloor heating, free WiFi and Netflix, comfort and entertainment are well taken care of.

Well-equipped kitchen and inviting bedrooms

The open kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed cooking and dining. The master bedroom includes a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. The second bedroom is also set up for two guests and includes a comfortable lounge bench, and lies next to the second bathroom.

Garden and terrace directly on the water

Step outside into the lush, green garden, filled with plants and natural shade. Enjoy multiple seating areas, sun loungers, a dining table with parasol, and even a hammock by the water. The south-facing terrace features a retractable awning for shade in summer and shelter during a rain shower.

At the rear of the garden is your private jetty with swim ladder, perfect for cooling off in the water. A two-person canoe is available for use – ideal for a relaxing paddle.

Parking is available directly in front of the house, with space for two cars.
