The Costa del Sole 2 three-room apartment is a bright apartment of approximately 65 sqm located in Pacengo di Lazise, within walking distance of Movieland and Caneva World and about 4 km from the historic centre of Lazise. It is situated in the Costa del Sole residential complex, with a communal swimming pool (guaranteed opening 15/05-30/09). The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility as it is completely on the ground floor and all rooms have manoeuvring spaces suitable for a wheelchair. The bathroom is fully accessible and designed to ensure comfort and safety. It is equipped with a wide sliding door to facilitate wheelchair access, floor-level shower with support handles. The washbasin is installed at an accessible height with free space underneath to allow wheelchair approach. The WC is equipped with a handrail on one side and a foldable grab bar on the other for easy and safe use. Non-slip surfaces and adequate lighting complete a functional and inclusive environment.

The master bedroom has ample manoeuvring space at the foot of the bed, a safe and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed (beds measure 80x190 cm) and a pull-out bed as well as a wardrobe and a bookshelf. Both rooms overlook the porch with sun shade and the large rear garden. The living area consists of a double sofa bed and a large equipped kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, American coffee machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning, smart tv and wifi are available to guests. The living area overlooks a second covered porch with sun shade, barbecue/fireplace and a second table with chairs. In the accessible basement, accessible through a ramp, there is a parking space in the garage and a cellar with washing machine and bicycle parking with the possibility of charging e-bikes. On the ground floor, near the apartment entrance, there is a second private uncovered parking space. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
