Enjoy your stay at our cozy, comfortable home! Our house is located in the west of Reading, close to town centre. Take a stroll in Prospect Park, largest park in Reading, only few minutes walk away.
We have 4+ FREE Private Parking & plenty of parking on street.
My place is close to Shops & Bus Stop. Excellent bus service to get around Reading.
Welcome to our spacious and modern semi-detached home in Reading, perfect for families, groups, or professionals seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. The house is designed with style and practicality in mind, offering 6 well-appointed bedrooms, 4 clean and modern bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that’s ideal for gathering, cooking, and relaxing together.
The property also features a fully enclosed, grassed back garden - perfect for enjoying some fresh air or letting the kids play safely. At the front, there is a large garden area with space for up to 4 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional convenience, there’s plenty of FREE Street Parking available nearby.
Our home is kept in immaculate condition, with a bright, modern interior and a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Just a short 5 minute walk away is Prospect Park, the largest park in Reading, offering 120 acres of green space where you can enjoy a morning walk, an evening stroll, or simply unwind in nature.
Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, our home provides a welcoming space where you can relax, recharge, and make the most of your time in Reading. We look forward to hosting you!
Guests will have full access to the whole house, including the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room - perfect for cooking, eating together, and relaxing after a long day. You are also welcome to enjoy the front and back gardens, whether it’s for a morning coffee or some fresh air in the evening. There are 4 bathrooms, guests can use them as needed.
Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the front garden. If those spaces are full, there’s plenty of FREE Street Parking available nearby. The house is well-equipped with everything guests might need for cooking, showering, and simply relaxing during their stay. We just ask that everyone is mindful and cleans up after themselves to help keep the home clean and comfortable for all.

☞**Strictly NO PARTIES & EVENTS. If you are booking to host a party, DO NOT BOOK! We have private security to attend the property 24/7 and you will be removed from the property.**
☞NO Unauthorised Guests. Violation of this rule will result in Fines.
