This view can be enjoyed both from the expansive 80 sq.m. outdoor terrace and from within the interior of the residence.
In a prominent spot on the terrace, overlooking the volcano and the magnificent sunset, guests can use the Hot Tub daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

The Catholic neighborhood is a historic area of Fira with a rich religious and cultural heritage. The accommodation is located within a 10-minute walking distance from the central square of Fira and the main square of Firostefani. Well-known attractions of Santorini that are located nearby include the Gyzi Mansion, the Archaeological Museum of Thera, the Cable Car station to the old port, and the "Three Bells" church. D’ Aniel Mansion is just a breath away from the shopping center and the most popular entertainment spots in Fira.

The property extends over three different levels, connected by an internal staircase and a balcony on the top floor. Access from the courtyard gate to the property and the first level—which includes the entrance, hallway, and a small terrace with a balcony—is also via external stairs. On the second level are two bedrooms overlooking an interior courtyard and one bathroom, while the third level features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a second bathroom. The top level also provides access to the large rooftop terrace with a balcony. Here, guests can enjoy the magnificent view from the Hot Tub or relax in the outdoor dining and lounge areas.

D’ Aniel Mansion offers its guests comfortable and luxurious accommodation as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and stovetop, and all the necessary utensils and tools to prepare your meals and take care of your diet during your stay.
D’ Aniel Mansion informs guests that a free Municipal Parking area is located 200 meters away, while the road accessible to vehicles leading to the caldera ends 30 meters from the property. The availability of parking spaces at the Municipal Parking depends on the day and time of use. Guests are also provided with the option to rent a vehicle of their choice.

D’ Aniel Mansion offers guests the opportunity, at an additional charge of €30 per person, to upgrade from the standard breakfast to a delightful and abundant Mediterranean-style brunch.
All wellness, beauty, and personal care services—excluding organized spa programs conducted externally in partner facilities—are available at the property upon request and at an extra charge. The use of the Hot Tub, however, is free of charge during its operating hours. Please note that the tub does not feature a hydromassage mechanism.

D’ Aniel Mansion also offers guests the opportunity, at an extra cost, to explore both the well-known and hidden gems of Santorini in a way only locals know. These personalized tours provide an authentic experience of the island’s culture and natural beauty.

Fresh breakfast products are stocked in the fridge by the property, allowing guests to prepare them at their convenience according to their own schedule. Non-refrigerated breakfast items are delivered daily at a time of the guests’ choosing between 08:00 and 10:00 a.m. Guests are welcome to inform D’ Aniel Mansion of any allergies, special requests for substitutions, or preferences regarding specific breakfast items.

General housekeeping with basic cleaning duties is carried out daily between 11:00 and 14:00. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days. Early replacement of linens is available upon request and at an additional charge. Guests can communicate any specific cleaning requests to D’ Aniel Mansion, and the property will do its best to accommodate them upon agreement.
