Located just minutes from the beach, this renovated apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bright and spacious living room is integrated with a modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The balcony invites you to enjoy outdoor meals with a beautiful sea view.
Decorated with a tasteful artistic flair, this apartment also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and every detail carefully thought out to ensure an unforgettable stay.
The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm

The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.
At check-in, the tourist tax will also be charged for guests aged 16 and over. According to the updated Regulation and Table of Fees for the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount charged is €1 per night per person from November to March, and €2 per night per person from April to October.Special conditions apply to stays of 28 nights or more.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability, at an additional cost of €5 per night.If you require an invoice with a tax identification number, please provide the billing details by the day of check-in.
For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out an inspection up to 7 days before the departure date.
LONG STAY DISCOUNT – For stays of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions apply:
- Electricity is charged separately at check-out – based on consumption data collected by a monitoring device during the stay;
- A €1000 security deposit is required, to be refunded at the end of the stay after the apartment has been inspected;
- Water and internet are included in the rental price;
- The cleaning fee includes only check-in/check-out cleaning;
- During their stay, guests may request additional cleaning or extra bed linen and towels at an additional cost and subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
