Garden and internal condominium parking in one of the best and quiet areas of Viareggio.
The apartment, from the 60s, was completely renovated between May and October 2024: large (about 120m2) with three bedrooms, a large bathroom and a service bathroom, it is very bright and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant.
