Welcome, travelers, to our stylish apartment in the heart of Pietà! Just a short stroll to the picturesque marina, you’ll find fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes & vibrant shops all within easy reach.

Our fully equipped apartment offers all the amenities you could need: a modern kitchen, a comfortable living area, a dining space & two spacious bedrooms.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy the comfort of ac & take advantage of a dedicated workspace for those needing to catch up on work.

Situated in the heart of Pietà, our apartment is just steps away from the beautiful marina. Enjoy scenic walks, local dining, and vibrant nightlife all within easy reach. Public transportation is conveniently accessible, making it easy to explore Malta.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Area | Step into a bright, open living space where comfort meets style. The cozy sofabed is perfect for lounging and can take up another 2 extra guests. The room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The living room also features a sofabed which can accommodate another 2 extra guests (linens and towels provided accordingly).

Dining Area | Adjacent to the living space, the dining area is designed to host up to six guests comfortably. Whether you`re enjoying a homemade meal or ordering in from a nearby restaurant, this space is perfect for gathering & making memories.

Kitchen | Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From modern appliances to all the necessary cookware and utensils, you`ll find it easy to cook just like at home.

Front Balcony | The balcony off the living area is a perfect spot to start your day or unwind in the evening. Furnished with outdoor seating, it offers a lovely street view where you can soak up the local atmosphere.

Bedrooms | Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space.

Bathrooms | With two full bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze. One bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the other offers a relaxing bathtub. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Workspace | For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the living area, ensuring a productive environment.

Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Pieta making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Pieta but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
