Welcome travellers to our stunning penthouse situated right in the heart of St Pauls Bay ! Just steps away you'll find everything you need from wide range of restaurants to breathtaking sea views!

The penthouse features a private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxation or to enjoy the lovely views of the city and St Pauls islands!

Fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed for an additional guest included. Also a private bedroom with a comfy bed.

Enjoy use of WIFI & AC in all rooms.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Room | The living room is bright and airy, featuring a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. It includes a smart TV connected to the internet for your entertainment.

Linens and towels will be provided if there is an extra guest.

Private Terrace | You can enjoy the use of the private terrace, ideal for relaxing at any time and its also a perfect spot to take in the beautiful surroundings of St Pauls!

Kitchen | The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. It's perfect for cooking up your favourite dishes during your stay. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Dining Area | Enjoy your meals together and just gather around the dining table equipped with comfortable chairs and a spacious table.

Kindly note that the chairs can also be used for outdoor seating.

Bedrooms | 1 Bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and access to a back private terrace..

Bathroom | The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet and we also provide free toiletries. Inside you'll also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer which can used at any time. We also provide a drying rack if you wish to dry your clothes naturally.

Kindly note that hanging clothes in the balcony is prohibited in Malta and you might get fined.

Other amenities : The apartment includes high-speed wifi throughout your whole stay, air-conditioning in all rooms, iron & hair-dryer also available.

St Pauls Bay offers crystal clear waters, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing stroll along the promenade. For those who prefer a pool, nearby you will find plenty of beach clubs such as 'Beef Bar' & 'Cafe Del Mare'.

The area is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly locals, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.

Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar and the wider island of Malta from the apartment is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

If you decide to rent a car, kindly note that free parking is available around the area but you might have to park a bit far off the apartment as during the weekend and summer days, the area might get busier.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
