Our cozy rowhouse in Baker has everything you need to fully experience Denver! Great location one block from Broadway with tons of neighborhood charm and nightlife.
The rowhouse was built during the turn of the century to house railroad workers. It has tons of charm, with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and big windows and skylights that flood the space with natural light.
You will have complete access to anything in the home, including kitchenware and utensils for cooking, toiletries and towels in the bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C in bedroom, WiFi, and record player. We'll also make sure to have local beer in the fridge to welcome you to Denver! Note that we do not have a TV or microwave.
We're happy to show you around, tell you where to go, or leave you completely alone - up to you! Ted has lived in Denver for over 10 years and is happy to share recommendations for the city and the mountains. When not molding the young minds of America, he is entertaining tourists and locals alike driving a giant bicycle bar. Michelle is a more recent transplant but would be happy to point you in the direction of her favorite coffeeshops, bars with the best happy hours, and ramen joints.
Our rowhouse is on a quiet side street off Broadway AND one block away from all the action. Baker is arguably the coolest neighborhood in Denver, with both gorgeous Victorian homes and great urban nightlife all within walking distance. Home of great restaurants like the Hornet, live music venues like Hi-Dive, coffeeshops, boutiques, and so much more!
Baker is extremely walkable and uber/lyft are very accessible here. We are just few blocks from the Alameda light rail station and a B-cycle station. We also have street parking right in front of the house!
