Strategic position to reach all the beaches in the area in 5 minutes and what's more, with our Zodiac we can take you to the islands of Parco Marino di Tavolara, a heavenly protected marine area, and make you experience a truly special vacation! The house offers a interesting mix of relaxation-countryside and sea-fun: on the one hand the atmosphere is that of the ancient Sardinian "stazzi", children meet and play free in the surrounding countryside, it is also possible, within a private land adjacent to the house, to take beautiful walks in unspoiled nature meeting farm animals as well as local wildlife, on the other hand the area is touristy, and offers a wide range of tourist services, sports and entertainment, the most beautiful beaches just 5 minutes away, check it out on the map!

The house is spread over two floors.
Ground floor :
-living room with kitchenette and furnished veranda facing the internal hills.
-a living room with a sofa that converts into two single beds.
-a bedroom with double bed (heavenly room)
-a bathroom with shower (accessories for children available).
First floor:
-a bedroom with double bed + a queen size sofa bed for children, this room has a beautiful sea view.
The portion of the garden facing the veranda is for exclusive use and a dense hedge of plants and trees partially delimits it from my garden; the enclosure wall encloses the garden.
Outdoor hot shower, stone barbecue are shared with my home
For smart working excellent wi fi: 5 megs in upload and 50 megs in download; lots of books and toys from home and from the beach for all ages.

Peaceful house close to beautiful beaches

Wonderful house, all the basics are there. Close to the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

Clean, super friendly owner, great service. We did a boat tour with the owner, she (and her husband) know great details about the area and Sardinia, and are happy to share this with the people who rent her house. All in all a wonderful experience and a perfect stay for us in Sardinia.

Charming house with lovely outdoor area

We loved our stay in this cute house in Lutterai. Excellent service, well equipped and close to so many lovely beaches. Extra service from the owners when tomatoes and squash from their gardens waited for us outside after a long day at the beach. Thanks to Stefania and Marcos.

Amazing staying!

We were two couples visiting Sardinia for the first time and our staying in San Teodoro was fantastic! The house is characteristic and located very close to many beautiful "cale". Stefania's son was living next to us and was always ready to help us with suggestion, or if anything was missing in the house or if we had any kind of problems. We really had an amazing time here and is highly recommended.

Nice House near beautiful beaches

Everything was great. The house is clean, cosy and offers everything you need. We appreciated the terrace a lot. The host, Stephanie, is very helpful and reacts timely and with a lot of patients on every question we had. We definitly would do it again!

Breathtaking view

We loved our stay at Cala Paradiso! The property is absolutely clean and stylish. Well equipped with everything that we needed, so many thoughtful touches. Stefania is an excellent host who was very good about communicating details plus she had great recommendations. We feel so lucky to have found this treasure in this beautiful little town. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo

Our family enjoyed the cosy apartment and the building’s rustic charme. The house is well equipped and everything was very clean. Stefania and Marco had a lot of tips about best beaches and restaurants nearby. The house is situated in between several beaches, all reachable within 5 to 15 minutes car drive. Thanks again!

Location shines brighter at the Pictures. Near Road which ist Sometimes loud specially in the night. Seconds sleeeping room is small and a little dark. Veranda is nice and in the Shadow. Beaches are near and easy to Resch.

Lovely little stay

Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach holiday, though you'll definitely need a car to get around.

"The house is in the perf...

"The house is in the perfect location for everybody who wants to spend holidays in Capo Coda Cavallo region. The area has 15-20 wonderful beaches and the house is within 5 minutes drive to all of them. The owners are extremely friendly multilingual locals with a lot of information which can make your holiday get closer to heaven. A delicious bakery is just a couple of hundred meters away. House is very pleasant with fine mix of local and artistic inside. The garden is spacious, covered in grass and divided with owners. The place generally is very calm since Lutturai is a village with less then 10 houses. Excellent stay."

Everything we needed we got it...

If you appreciate the charm of an old country house and living next door friendly hosts who love and know very well the area - you are in the right place. Lutturai is a small settlement where you will feel the spirit of old times. Located away from the hussle but with an easy access to anything you may need (in a few minutes drive). Thanks to recommendations we received regarding sites worth visiting as well as restaurants or everyday shopping, we easily avoided tourist mishaps and enjoyed the best. The frosting on the cake: private boat tours organised by the owner that allowed us to see the beauty of the local nature from the right perspective :) Jumping into the water from the rocks, snorkeling on a wreck or just floating in turquoise water - it was wonderful experience. Thank you!

Sweet Home

We felt at home from the start. The house war very clean and nicely decorated as in the pictures. As Welcome Stefania prepared for us drinks and traditional sardinian pastries. Stefania is a cheerful woman with a great family. She wants their guests to feel comfortable. If you have questions, she is always accessible. She also supplied us with insider tips. We took the bedroom on the first floor, wich has a beautiful view. Lutturau is a small village with a few houses. On the one hand it is very quiet, on the other hand you always hear birds, dogs, bells, crowing rooster. We enjoyed the rural life. We cooked a lot and then we sat on the terrace eating and drinking wine. Although we shared the piece of garden with the family, we had enough privacy. The gas stove worked flawlessly and the kitchen was equipped with all what you need. In just a few minutes we reaches the most beautiful paradise beaches. We were often in San Teodoro, to shop or to go for a drink. It is a small town, where you can also eat very well, especially in Da Nardino (also a tip from Stefania). We drove around a lot, have made trips to Olbia and into the interior of Sardinia. You should definitely rent a car. We were there for almost two weeks. We had a wonderful time. Thanks a lot!

Cara Maria , sono veramente contenta che siate stati così bene e che abbiate amato la mia casa e la località così come le amo io , per me è molto importante perchè gratifica il mio lavoro ,grazie! Mi fa piacere sopratutto che abbiate apprezzato anche l'aspetto rurale perchè questa è l'anima della Sardegna ,non solo le bellissime spiagge che la circondano ,di questo voglio che la mia casa abbia il sapore .Peccato non aver fotografato il tuo entusiasmo nel prendere le uova e nell'accarezzare il piccolo capretto , speriamo in una prossima volta!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous remercions stefania pour son écoute, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Un petit conseil , apprendre les bases de l'italien, les réservations de restaurant et autre sont compliqués, heureusement que stefania nous a aidé. Les lieux sont justes magique. merci encore et à très bientôt car nous reviendrons sans problème en sardaigne.

Magnifico

Siamo stati nella casa di Stefania...abbiamo detto in famiglia che è una casa con l'anima...accogliente, pulita e profumata! Stefania e il marito molto ospitali e la cagnolona Grinza è diventata subito nostra amica!!! Quando torneremo in Sardegna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo la casa di Stefania! Grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa nostra!

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks...

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Stefania’s family home in September. The location is excellent for the most beautiful beaches on the island. The house is very charming, comfortable beds, great shower, high speed internet and well equipped kitchen. A lovely garden terrace where we enjoyed our meals every evening. Stefania gave very good recommendations for local restaurants and shops selling delicious local produce. She also recommended quiet and secluded beaches to avoid the crowds. And a fabulous local recipe for seafood pasta! We also enjoyed a half day tour of the marine park with Stefania and her son on their Zodiac, it was a highlight of the holiday for us and our 3 year old son who thoroughly enjoyed snorkelling and speeding along the coast line. There were lots of toys at the house for our Son to enjoy also. Stefania was very open and friendly and always on hand to respond to questions and recommendations either in person or on the phone we can thoroughly recommend Stefania’s charming village house for peaceful holiday on a beautiful island. We had a fabulous time. Thank you very much! Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans la maison familiale de Stefania en septembre. L'emplacement est idéal pour les plus belles plages de l'île. La maison est charmante, les lits sont confortables, la douche très pratique, l’internet est haut débit et la cuisine est très bien équipée. La belle terrasse et le jardin nous ont permis d’y prendre nos repas tous les soirs. Stefania a donné de très bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants et les magasins vendant de délicieux produits locaux. Elle a également recommandé des plages calmes et isolées pour éviter la foule. Et en prime elle nous a livrée une fabuleuse recette locale de pâtes aux fruits de mer ! Nous avons également apprécié une excursion d'une demi-journée dans le parc marin avec Stefania et son fils sur leur Zodiac, ce fut un moment fort des vacances pour nous et notre fils de 3 ans a vraiment apprécié la plongée avec tuba et la vitesse le long de la côte. Il y avait beaucoup de jouets dans la maison, c’était idéal pour notre fils qui en a largement profité. Stefania était très ouverte et amicale et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et recommandations en personne ou au téléphone, nous recommandons vivement la charmante maison de village de Stefania pour des vacances paisibles sur une belle île. Nous avons passé un fabuleux moment. Merci beaucoup !

Séjour agréable, dans un cadre doux et paisible

Superbe séjour dans une maison sarde agréable et typique. Stefania a été 100% disponible avant et durant le séjour. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les amis de Stefania nous ont même dépanné d'un peu d'huile d'olive et d'une gousse d'ail pour préparer les pâtes alla carbonara ! Le logement est très bien insonorisé, et très en retrait de la route : les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité devant la maison :) La nuit tombée, le doux son des cloches des vaches dans le pré en face retenti jusque 23h00, un vrai bonheur ! La maison est à quelques minutes des plus belles plages de Sardaigne : Lu impostu, La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, etc !!! De très belles rencontres avec de belles personnes. Merci Stefania !

Äußerst netter Kontakt - Objekt charmant und okay

Wir wurden großartig von Stefania begrüßt und betreut. Sie gab uns viele Informationen, war immer freundlich und ansprechbar. Sie hat sogar an einem Tag nach unserem Hund geschaut und sie in den Garten gelassen, damit wir einen ganzen Bootstag erleben konnten, fantastisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus (400 Jahre alt!) versprüht jede Menge Charme und punktet mit Wandmalereien, Holzbalken, einem schönen Bad mit ausreichend Wasserdruck in der Dusche und einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer aus dem 1. Stock, besonders zum Sonnenaufgang. Kritische Punkte für uns waren jedoch folgende: - zu wenig Stauraum und kein Mülleimer in der Küche, wir haben den getrennten Müll in einzelnen Tüten an die Stuhllehnen gehängt. - keine Haken, an denen man Jacken, Geschirrtücher o.ä. hätte aufhängen können - alle Geräte sind zwar recht neu, aber von günstiger Qualität (der Kühlschrank kühlt kaum, produziert aber viel Feuchtigkeit, die Spülmaschine ist nur mit Mühe zu beladen (sehr wackeliger Auszugskorb) und spült äußerst mäßig, der Backofen ist ein Tischgrill und die zusammenschraubbare Espressomaschine funktionierte schlecht) - der Garten war nicht wirklich abgeteilt, sodass wir immer auf den Hund achten mussten, damit sie nicht zu den Vermietern geht - die vorbeiführende Straße war deutlich hörbar - Privatsphäre ist kaum vorhanden, da man de facto sehr nah miteinander wohnt und viel voneinander mitbekommt. Fazit: ganz tolle Vermieter, für uns aber ein zu großer Kompromiss und ein mäßiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis v.a. in der Hauptsaison.

I am pleased that my commitment to offer guests a good welcome and assistance during their stay is recognized. The old farmhouse, as the summary of my announcement says, "consists of 2 independent and ATTIGUED portions" does not speak of a single and isolated house so it is normal to hear the neighbors. I also believe that the guest, having the need to leave his dog totally free, should have checked by writing to me before booking. In the garden there are 5 buckets for separate collection and in the notebook of the house there are detailed informations on how to properly compost. Also at check-in I always recommend the guest to ask me for information if something is not clear ,so it was a bad surprise to find everything mixed in the bucket (head and bones of pork and pasta combined with plastic and paper for example). If the problem was having an extra bucket in the house, it was enough to ask for it since I live next door. Only at the time of check they told me that the dishwasher did not wash well and I replied that they should immediately report any malfunctions because I could easily solve everything on the first day of vacation, as well as I would have explained how to do a good coffee with the Italian coffee maker. Bottom Line: Aside from the unpleasant feeling of having to put my hands inside their trash, the house was delivered clean and the guests were always nice and polite. I would have preferred a more constructive relationship that would have allowed them to immediately have the things they wanted in the house and I would have avoided this bad review as I put a lot of love into the work I do.
