Villa Design es una elegante villa privada con piscina en la región de Marche, recientemente renovada y ubicada a pocos kilómetros de Pergola (PU). Inmerso en el verde y evocador panorama de las colinas de Las Marcas, esta espléndida villa es la solución perfecta para aquellos que desean pasar unas vacaciones fuera del tiempo, en contacto con la naturaleza. La villa, aunque mantiene la arquitectura de la típica casa de campo de Marche, denota un gusto refinado que tiende a ser moderno, con amplios espacios abiertos y muebles cómodos y muy cómodos. La propiedad está completamente vallada y rodeada por un gran jardín con piscina con escalones romanos y mirador contiguo con vistas panorámicas, ideal para protegerse del sol. También hay un porche amueblado con mesas, sillas y sala de estar, ideal para comer y relajarse.

La villa está en dos niveles. En la planta baja hay una sala de estar-cocina con sofá cama individual y salida directa al pórtico, dormitorio doble con baño privado con ducha, dormitorio doble con dos literas y baño privado con bañera, baño con ducha y lavadora, dormitorio doble. En la planta baja consta de una gran cocina y sala de estar con acceso directo al exterior.

Great stay in Italy

We had a great time together with our dog at the villa. It is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is great and the garden is lovely. Especially the fireflies in the evening were magical. We loved the quiet surroundings.

Our stay at Villa Design!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Design! The owner checked us in and showed is the villa. The kitchen was amazing and the pool area as well. DH Villas was very helpful during the stay och helped organized a cooking class at the villa, and it was such a great experience!

Wonderful Le Marche Vacation

Excellent villa in a central location for week of visiting a sample of Le Marche, such as historic Urbino, hiking trails in the Parco Naturale della Gola, the Adriatic shore at Ancona and in the Parco north of Pesaro - the list is long and enticing. The villa is well appointed, well maintained, on a lovely property. If we did not give it all 5 stars is in frustration from annoying mosquitoes at dusk which limited our ability to enjoy evenings on the patio.

Wonderful villa, impecable service, great location

Many thanks to Gabriele, Daniela and of course Antonio for making this an unparalled stay. Villa Design offered everything we look for; private, yet not totally secluded, with AC, terraces and a well-maintained pool & garden for kids. We've been enjoying DH Villas properties for several years now and this was great yet again. The salt-water pool is spacious and surrounded by nice landscaping. The views are hidden (for privacy), yet very worth finding a peeking spot with a morning coffee (e.g. around the big ancient tree). Well-equiped kitchens (plural!), multiple fridges, plenty of bathrooms, AC all-around and EV charging at a fair price. Le Marche & DH Villas continue to surprise us, with lush green valleys, mountains around every corner and great service.

Beautiful villa in the Marche countryside

Beautiful villa, tastefully furnished, situated in a beautiful rural setting, the garden and the pool have delighted the whole family. However, two small negative comments, one for lack of space in the living room / kitchen and a lack of cutlery for 6 people (shame that the ground floor where the living space was much more comfortable was not part of the rental) and one for the outside because the garden has not been mowed for 3 weeks while the pool was maintained daily. Despite these shortcomings, this is a location that we gladly recommend because the Marche is a nice region that is worth to visit. The population is welcoming, the sceneries and the nature are beautiful. We prefer inland to the sea, even if some seaside towns are also interresting.

Dear Guest, thank you so much for your comment that we really appreciated. We're glad to know that the house corresponded to your expectations in the overall and that you liked its positioning. About the living room/kitchen it is not particularly wide, that's why the owner has set up an additional external area with the necessary equipment for al fresco dining and relaxing. Normally garden and pool are regularly maintened over the stay (every day for about half an hour without disturbing the guests'privacy); on Saturday instead, as confirmed by the owner, the grass cutting is executed also on multiple week stays. Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt Pfingsten in dieser Villa. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht fließend englisch. Wir brauchten eine Autowerkstatt und er gab uns Tips dafür. Außerdem empfing er für uns ein Paket von zuhause. Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt. Fußläufig zu erreichen ist ein Restaurant dieses Vermieters welches exzellente Küche anbietet! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Una vacanza super rilassante

E’ la seconda volta che soggiorniamo a Villa Design con il nostro cane. Un giardino curato, ben recintato, la piscina sempre impeccabilmente pulita, la casa meravigliosa che offre spazi da vivere anche in caso di brutto tempo. La possibilità di fare delle grigliate all’aperto. Non manca nulla se volete una vacanza rilassante. Proprietari adorabili, sempre disponibili e discreti. Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente!

Mooi huis en super ligging voor rust en kalmte

Heel mooi modern huis met alle comfort. Omheinde tuin, super voor onze hond. Mooi proper zwembad dat dagelijks werd schoon gemaakt. Min puntje is misschien dat het huis 2 verdiepingen had en het gelijkvloers verder van het zwembad ligt en daardoor door ons niet werd gebruikt.
