You arrive at the house and step through a charming porch, which leads you straight into a welcoming reception hall. To your left is a study – a cosy, quiet room perfect for reading or catching up on some emails.

Just off the hall is a handy W.C., ideal for guests. Moving through, you enter a spacious sitting room—warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing with friends or family. From here, you walk through to the main hall, where the staircase catches your eye with its newly painted spindles.

To your right, you step into a large kitchen/diner. It’s bright and open, clearly the heart of the home—ideal for big breakfasts or evening gatherings. A door leads from here to the garden room: a peaceful retreat surrounded by stone walls, with views out into the garden. It’s been recently re-roofed and has a lovely balance of old charm and modern touches.

Heading Upstairs:

Climbing the stairs, you arrive on a light-filled landing. Directly in front of you is Bedroom 1, the main bedroom—spacious, serene, and with a proposed en suite for added privacy.

To the right is Bedroom 2, positioned next to the shared bathroom, which is equipped with a bath and neatly laid out.

Back along the landing, you find Bedroom 3, which feels like a tucked-away nook—great for kids or guests—and then Bedroom 4, another generous room, possibly for older children or a second guest room.
