Check in was great, all worked as the owner communicated. Wish we had more info about parking, and the pull out bed was a bit broken... but all was great. We loved the location, and it was clean, as proposed in the listing, and was very well done.

Lacking of support, there was hot water in the bathroom just sometimes not all the time, the was supposed 2 bedrooms flat and at theend was 1 bedroom flat within terrible sofabed to sleep.

Un seul mot: dommage! Il y a un vrai potentiel dans l’hébergement mais rien ne va : canapé cassé comme déjà évoqué dans un ancien avis d’autres personnes, une seule personne peut avoir accès au logement ( système électronique) mais le pire c’est la communication : réservation validée mais qui apparaissait comme en attente malgré le paiement encaissé, changement de logement sans prévenir ( capture d’écran à l’appui), il m’ont raccroché au nez, ont ignoré plusieurs de mes messages et les appels d’Abritel, et pour finir, check-in annoncé à partir de 15h, il me dit faire un geste commercial qu’en je lui dis qu’on arriverait vers 15h15 car normalement c’est 16h, la date du check-out était prévue le 2 mais il me l’annonce le 1er. Bref, un très grand gâchis.

Todo en muy buen estado. la situaciòn es muy buena a 10 mnts de metro. Hemos llegado antes de la hora y nos han permitido la entrada sin ningun problema. Esta todo el apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado. Repetiremos sin duda.
