The open living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and provides access to the terrace and patio. Additionally, there is a separate room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) that also leads to the terrace with a south-facing position. Just an example, the open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine (extra). It also provides access to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features air-conditioning and underfloor heating (available only from October 1st to April 30th).
