General House Rules
Guest Numbers: Please only host the number of guests stated in your booking.

Shoes Off, Feet Up: No muddy boots or outdoor shoes indoors – help us keep the space clean and cosy.

Care for the House: We ask that you treat the farmhouse with respect and leave it as you found it – clean, tidy, and well cared for.

Outdoor Items: Soft furnishings and bedding must remain indoors.

Peace and Quiet: Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. This is a peaceful, rural setting.

Farm Gate Reminder: If you open a gate, please close it behind you.

Kitchen and BBQ
Utensils and Cookware: Please wash, dry and return all items to their proper place after use.

Dishwasher: You are welcome to use it.

BBQ Use: If using the BBQ, please clean it thoroughly after use.

Bathroom and Septic System
Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided for sanitary products, wipes or any other non-flushable items.

Used Towels: Please leave all used towels in the bathroom for our team to collect.

Property Info
Lights and Windows: Turn off all lights, close windows, and lock doors before leaving the property.

Rubbish Disposal: All rubbish should be placed in the main bins located in the car park before checkout.

Departure Responsibilities
Before checking out, please:

Wash, dry and return any used kitchenware

Leave used towels in the bathroom

Empty all bins into the main bin area

Switch off lights, close windows, and lock the doors

Leave the house clean and tidy

Cleaning and Damage Policy
Additional charges may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or if damage occurs. Please report any breakages during your stay so we can resolve them quickly.
