This villa is ideally located 10 minutes walking (1.3 Km) from Place des Lices in the heart of Saint-Tropez. The nearest beach, Plage de la Bouillabaisse, is only a 5-minute drive away, while the iconic Pampelonne Beach can be reached in 10–15 minutes by car.

You’ll find bakeries, restaurants, and local shops all within walking distance, with the famous port and historic old town just 1 km away. Enjoy scenic views of Capon from your terrace, and explore hiking trails or coastal walks in the surrounding area.
