ABOUT THE DUPLEX
Large windows afford views of Breckenridge and the Ten Mile Range from every level of this modern three-story duplex home. Access the private hot tub via the first floor for restorative soaks beneath the stars.
On the second floor, the airy living room offers a sleek leather sectional, with two armchairs flanking the gas fireplace. A 50” TV provides media entertainment. Hardwood floors and custom wood trim add to the sophisticated yet warm ambiance.
Enjoy the fresh air and views of Breckenridge on the balcony. A bistro-style table seats two, and a barbeque grill offers easy meal options.
The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Sit down to morning coffee at the kitchen bar, and enjoy meals at expansive wood dining table.
On the main floor, you will find a guest bath with spacious tiled shower, as well as a guest room with a queen-size bed and 40” TV.
Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, private balcony, and a 50” TV.
The bath features a double-sink vanity, decadent shower, and jetted soaking tub. Another guest room sleeps four in a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size bed.
The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, and a 40” TV. The bathroom on this level offers a tiled tub/shower combination.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a one-car garage, and driveway parking for one car.
THE LOCATION
There’s a super-convenient free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes and stops about 10 yards from your rental. It takes you to the Marriott at the base of Peak 9 for Quicksilver lift access. From there you can easily make the 10- minute walk to downtown or enjoy the many shops/ restaurants in the village right there at the Peak 9 base. The shuttle runs from 7:30AM until 11:00PM every day, so it’s also great for going into town for dinner too!
This home is "Breck style" ski in/ski out. Breckenridge doesn’t have many truly slope-side properties like some other resorts. Adventurous intermediate/advanced skiers/riders can simply walk across the street and click-in behind the Eagle's View condominium parking lot. There is a well-marked trail that leads to the Lower Lehman slope, as well as to the Burro Trail for backcountry enthusiasts (uphill access for skinning is allowed all the way to the top of peaks 9 and 10 prior to the lifts opening at 8:30).
From your rental to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 the "ski out" takes under 10 minutes. There’s also "ski in" access via the Burro trail off Peak 10 at a backcountry gate at the end of the Cimarron run - this is for advanced skiers/riders only and at your own risk as it is not patrolled by the resort.
Alternatively, one can ski back on the Lower Lehman run to the base of the trail by the Eagle's View condos (this involves a 200 yard hike up the trail to get back to the road).
