You will be staying in a spacious 3 bedroom family home spread across three floors.

The ground floor is made up of: the Hallway as you enter the property; The Living Room, Dining Room; and the kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a large TV and entertainment package. Channels such as Netflix and Amazon are available with your own login.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher.

Free Wi-Fi is provided within the property.

Moving up to the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a Large Double bed (Queen size), which includes wardrobes, dressing table and an office desk.
The main bathroom is also located on the first floor, together with a utility room where the washing machine and hoover are located.

Proceeding to the 2nd floor, there are two double bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and with their own ensuite shower and toilet.

The property has a rear garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Paid parking is available on the road, but part-reimbursement can be provided for one car.

The road is quiet, but just a 7-10 minute walk to the Deptford High Street or the vibrant Deptford Market Yard brimming with bars and restaurants that cater for a variety of palates. The property is located in an area with very good transport links to all areas of London: Trains into London Bridge take just 5 minutes from New Cross Station which is a 5 minute walk from the property. Borough Market is a few minutes walk from London Bridge. Trains also go towards Orpington, Dartford, Whitechapel, Wapping, and Dalston The DLR station at Deptford Bridge is a 10 minute walk away, with trains going to Bank or Lewisham. There are also good bus links and trains going toward Greenwich.
