Stunning three-storey three double bedroom townhouse NEW TO THE MARKET with views and a shared pool.
Just a 10 min walk from the amazing Burriana Beach and all its bars and restaurants, this property has all you could wish for in a holiday home. New to the market and recently refurbished to a very high standard you will find not one but two terraces. One leading from the living area where you can relax with an after-dinner drink and the other, a roof terrace, with panoramic 360 degrees view of the town/mountains and sea and where you can while away the hours relaxing in the sun whilst taking in the breath-taking sights. There is a contemporary seating area plus sunbeds to take in the rays as well as an outdoor drencher shower to cool off on those warm summer days!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, air fryer, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, kitchen ware to make your stay as easy as possible.
All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep as well as the living room.
There are two bathrooms for your use. The one found on the living area floor has a WC and shower and the other on the second floor has a full bath as well as over bath shower head so enough facilities for all. There is also and en-suite shower room in the lower bedroom with an amazing drencher!
The townhouse is fully equipped with 70 inch TV with all the usual apps for you to enjoy so you do not miss any of your favourite shows while you are away. There is also a soundbar for playing your summer tunes and a selection of books to keep you busy when relaxing and taking in the spectacular view.
The property is a 20 min walk from the beautiful town of Nerja which is home to the famous Balcon de Europa with around 300 different bars, restaurants and nightclubs to choose from. You will surely be spoilt for choice. There are also Torrecilla and Carabeo beaches to sample as well as the famous Burriana. The Caves of Nerja are a 5 min drive from the property and there is also a tourist bus/train which runs from town and along the top of the main road of the property which goes straight to the caves.
Malaga is a 50 min drive away and can be accessed via public transport (coach) or car/taxi
