Located within the village of Bourton-on-the-Water, this peaceful Cotswold retreat offers privacy, space and countryside charm. Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the house opens onto a south-facing garden with fruit trees, patio, firepit and BBQ, ideal for relaxed outdoor living. Bi-fold doors connect inside and out, while a wood-burning stove with complimentary logs makes cosy evenings easy. A 15-minute walk leads into the village, with private parking and a welcome basket on arrival.

Corner Dell sits quietly within Bourton-on-the-Water, offering a sense of space and privacy that feels rare for such a well-loved village. It’s an easy, relaxed house to stay in, well suited to families or friends who want to explore the area and return to calm at the end of the day.

Arranged across a single level, the house feels open and light, framed by gentle countryside views. At its heart is an open-plan living and dining space centred around a classic Cotswold wood-burning stove, creating a warm, sociable place for evenings together.

The kitchen is fully equipped for unhurried meals and shared cooking, while a separate snug with television provides a second living space, ideal for families or groups wanting a little flexibility.

French doors lead out to a sunny terrace and a large, fully enclosed private garden with seating, BBQ and firepit. The lawn offers plenty of space for children, dogs and outdoor games, and the garden is a lovely spot for morning coffee, long lunches or evenings by the fire.

The house sleeps six across three generously sized bedrooms, two kings and one twin. The principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are served by a spacious family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Private parking, including a carport, is available on site.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the house, private garden, terrace and parking areas.

The property is accessed via self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. A small number of storage areas may be locked, but all living spaces, garden areas and parking are available for guest use.

The cottage is set up for relaxed, independent stays, with self check-in so you can arrive at a time that suits you.

This is wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do the size of the rooms justice. Very comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches from the host. Thank you particularly for the toys that kept our little ones busy over Christmas. Will keep this place in mind next time we want to stay near the village.
