A selection of comfortable, stylish 1 double bedroom apartments centrally located in the vibrant city of Leeds. Each apartment offers 2 double beds in one bedroom and one bathroom and a lovely kitchen-living room area.
Near bars and restaurants and only a 5 min walk from the train station, main shopping area and 15-20 min drive to Leeds/Bradford airport.
Self check-in. Parking can be arranged (at an extra charge and in advance) - please ask for details.

Enjoy vibrant Leeds from the comfort of one of our one-bedroom apartments, in the financial and legal heart of the city.
Close to the train station, theatres, business district and shopping. Newly built and decorated to a high standard, each apartment has 2 double beds, 1 bathroom, WiFi, television and a fully equipped kitchen in a combined kitchen/living/dining room.
Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , the apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central.
The pictures show a mix of our 1-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!

Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.
Please report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Unreported issues may result in additional fees.
Any damage to the property or its contents may be flagged to the booking platform and charged accordingly.
🕙 Check-Out & Key Return
Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless pre-approved otherwise.
Late check-out without prior agreement may incur a full night’s fee.
