For history lovers, Alnwick Castle and Gardens are a must-visit, as well as the charming fishing villages of Craster, Seahouses, and Warkworth. Craster was a favourite of “Vera” often spotted in an episode, famous for the “kippers” and the walk along the cliff top to Dunstanborough Castle.
