Welcome to Residence Devachan, an apartment located in the Castle surrounded by a beautiful park. 50 sqm apartment on the first floor, equipped with a lift and able to accommodate up to three people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom plus a single bed and bathroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace overlooking the park and a glimpse of the sea.
A shared swimming pool and private garage for medium-sized cars are available.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, television, dining table, access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed and a single bed, bed linen, towels, wardrobe, access to the terrace;
- KITCHENETTE adjoins the living room, with gas hob (2 burners), a small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, traditional moka coffee maker, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils, washing machine;
- BATHROOM with sink, bathtub, toilet, bidet, hairdryer;
- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs and awnings.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wifi throughout the property, hot water, central heating, drying rack, washing machine, bed linen, toilet paper, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION:
- To access the property there are 6 steps before reaching the building. It is possible to avoid the steps by arriving from the private parking;
- The apartment does NOT have air conditioning;
- The swimming pool is shared with the condominium open from 15/6 to 15/9;
- Private parking, which accommodates medium-sized cars.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unforeseen events or clarifications we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service \"Alloggiati Web\" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th
Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
* 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 *
City tax payment will be required.
The apartment is located in Corso Inglesi, the most elegant and panoramic area of Sanremo, surrounded by splendid historic villas and immersed in the tranquility of the first hills. Just 1.5 km from the center and the sea, reachable with a pleasant walk. Nearby you will find beaches, a cycle path, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. A few minutes away, the famous Passeggiata dell’Imperatrice leads to the Russian church, the Casino and Via Matteotti, the beating heart of shopping and city life. The two tourist ports, Portovecchio and Portosole, offer splendid walks among boats, yachts and typical restaurants. An ideal location to enjoy Sanremo with comfort, charm and a view.
The residence, a well-kept building from the 80s, offers quiet and well-maintained environments. Guests can enjoy the large communal garden and a splendid swimming pool.
You can move around comfortably by car, thanks to the availability of free parking on the street (not guaranteed), or on foot, walking along the characteristic alleys that lead to the center of Sanremo and its splendid beaches.
