Located less than a 15-minute walk from both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria Stations, this 8th floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment offers comfort, space, security and convenience whether you're staying for business or leisure.
Conveniently located a few minutes' walk East of Manchester's famous Norther Quarter, and South of the Green Quarter, this residential building on the borders of Ancoats is perfect for any guest looking to experience all that Manchester has to offer.
The apartment itself has 2 double bedrooms, both with UK double size beds (135cm x 190cm). All bedding, linen and towels are provided for your stay. Additional bedding and towels can be requested. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and lamps, portable standing fans, and built-in mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelving.
The living room is open-plan with the kitchen and dining space. The smart TV is equipped with all the well-known streaming apps, although subscriptions are not provided for your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with complimentary welcome offerings of tea bags, coffee, sugar, washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing powder, bin bags, sponge and tea towel. The following electrical appliances are also supplied: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. All basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware and crockery are also provided.
The bathrooms are equipped with complimentary welcome offerings of 2 rolls of toilet paper, handwash, body soap and shampoo. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, whilst the ensuite bathroom has an overhead walk-in shower.
The apartment also comes with a washer-dryer machine situated in the hallway cupboard, as well as a hoover, mop and bucket, ironing board, iron, dustpan and brush, and drying rack.
