The Space:

Within this immense private gated estate, with character gardens, a lavender bordered driveway winds past the long, private pool with breathtaking 260-degree views, to arrive at this exquisite, character-filled home. Surrounded by its own 10 acres of rolling fields, Torre del Falco is truly an experience of a life-time. In addition, in a distant part of the same estate, is an outstanding site for a wedding, including Roman ruins and romantic fountains; a site of true poetry.



Torre del Falco goes back to the 19th century and has been restored in a most creative, yet refined manner. Each of its living areas are tasteful but delightful. Enter first into a large drawing room with three arched doors leading to the terrace. There is a stately tiled fireplace, a winter garden sitting room and an intimate frescoed library. There are six wonderful bedrooms in the house itself, plus a one-bedroom Pavilion included in the rental, which could be a 7th bedroom, or a charming office space. The bathrooms display their unique collections of Neapolitan antique tiles collected by the owner. In the tower, the spectacular "Stargazer's Bathroom" allows guests to gaze upon the stars through the glass dome over the round bathtub. In this bathroom, the beautiful 18th century Neapolitan tiles, form a veritable archive of patterns in a patchwork design. The professional kitchen is quite spectacular, beautifully appointed with eat-in table and chairs, plus a fireplace, and extraordinary jade glass antique tiles from India which frame its tall French doors. The adjoining glass walled dining room opens onto a stone patio with dining furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool is private to the Torre and its Pavilion.

* Pavillion Bedroom: grandest suite is a large 14-foot-high honeymoon getaway with five arched French doors opening onto an intimate terrace, with portal windows, French size bed and two single beds. An enormous luxurious bathroom - with marble floors, sinks and benches with 17th century inlay tiles, Murano glass mirrors, round Jacuzzi tub and sauna. It can also serve the purpose of a charming working space, detached but just a few steps away the main property.
