Come enjoy the region (assembly, beach, lake ....) in a very beautiful contemporary style house. Nice benefits. 2 bathrooms.
4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed.
In addition possibly 1 sofa for 2 people.
Beautiful exterior with garden furniture and outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue.
Parking for two vehicles inside and many places outside.
2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with Italian shower.
The house can accommodate between 8 and 10 people.
Well isolated and very pleasant to live.
Located in the back Catalan country. Less than 30 minutes from the beach and one hour from the Pyrenees. 10 minutes from Perpignan. Thuir city of Byrrh. Visited the largest chain tank in the world. Several tourist sites nearby: Collioure, Castelnou, St colombe. Many seaside resorts: Argeles, Canet, St Cyprien, The barcares, Torreilles. Many shows regularly.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT
Si vous souhaitez récupérer votre maison dans un état de propreté déplorable c'est le locataire qu'il vous faut (urine sur les toilettes, toutes les surfaces à refaire, les housses de canapé à renettoyer entièrement.....)
Si vous avez envie de retrouver votre terrasse pleine de gras sans qu'aucun effort ne soit fait.... Alors vous êtes tombé sur la bonne personne.
De plus ils se sont permis sans aucune autorisation de recharger deux véhicules électriques sur une prise qui n'était pas prévu à cet effet.
Bilan une ligne électrique complète à changer. En tout près de 600 € de frais.
Tout ça dans l'urgence de la rotation d'un samedi !
Et au moment de payer l'addition en plus personne n'assume ses responsabilités devant un faisceau de preuves irréfutables.
Si vous tenez à votre maison je vous déconseille ce genre de locataire !

Maison très fonctionnelle proche centre ville
Maison très bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Le mois d’août a été très chaud et la maison est non climatisée. Deux des 4 chambres donnent sur une rue assez passante. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la maison bien équipée. Le jacuzzi le soir est très appréciable.

La maison ne possède effectivement pas de climatisation. C'est un choix délibéré pour respecter la planète et éviter les angines et autre....
Elle est équipée de plusieurs ventilateurs de plafond très efficaces et en jouant correctement avec les fenêtres et les volets elle est très agréable même en été.

Une maison magnifique pour un superbe séjour
Une très belle maison qui nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable. Très bien équipé et à deux minuutes du centre d'un petit village (Thuir) très accueillant et très festif l'été. Un accueil et un propriétaire très sympathique. Si vous venez dans la région, n'hésitez pas.
