The property includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a windowed bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, and a bright living room with open kitchen and a single sofa bed. From here, you have direct access to the magnificent furnished balcony with panoramic Lake Garda view, facing southwest—ideal for afternoon sun and unforgettable sunsets.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday, including dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, oven, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
In addition to the panoramic balcony, guests can enjoy the beautiful shared garden with Lake Garda view, where you can relax in the fresh mountain air and make use of the barbecue area, all without giving up the lake view.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only via stairs.

In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
