The Apartment
Enjoy a wonderful outdoor living experience in this charming 3-bedroom, family-friendly home that sleeps 6. Relax on three balconies with stunning sea views, or dive into the pool. Located just a 2-minute walk from local shops and restaurants, and a 15-minute stroll to beautiful Costa del Sol beaches. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and offering on-site parking, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Experience the best of seaside living and vibrant local amenities!
The space
You will find our house on the first floor, offering you luxury in a lovely gated community that cares about it's surroundings. Built over 187m2, you will find 155m2 inside and 32m2 of balconies giving you the space to spread out.
There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom - four beds in total sleeping a maximum of six. All bedrooms have ample storage with built wardrobes for all your holiday gear and all bedrooms have amazing views! The main bedroom has a bonus - it's own private balcony with sea and mountain views!
There is a very large en suite bathroom for the main bedroom and there is a double sink, shower room for other guests as well as a WC bathroom for shorter stops.
The L shaped kitchen has juliet balconies that overlook the pool, and access to the west balcony. There is a separate kitchen table for breakfast, a coffee station and a charging area for devices. This kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, etc. so you can cook at home.
The lounge and dining room has incredible views east and west, with balcony access on both sides. There is alfresco dining and sea views on the east side or you can watch the kids in the pool on the west side. We have set up a lounge area for socialising, a coffee area or a more formal dining area. Something for everyone.
The pool is right outside your door and this property has ample tropical gardens and sun loungers that you can use plus an enormous tiled balcony stretching the length of the gardens with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
Finally, the property has it's own double parking space in the community garage below the apartment, with elevator or stair access up to the front door.
Guest access
There are two ways to access the apartment. The first is on foot, through the tropical gardens, past the pool and to the door of the building that the apartment is in. The second is through the garage, parking your car and accessing the apartment internally via the lift or stairs.
All of this will be explained when we meet you for checkin.

Riviera del Sol is an ideal place for a relaxing, sporting or adventure holiday - or a combination of all three. 30 minutes by car from Màlaga airport, and only 20 minutes away from Marbella, it is a great place to visit the Costa del Sol and further afield.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We have three balconies, east and west facing, plus a fantastic pool and exotic gardens. In addition to three bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, we have a large and spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen with plenty space for dining. Our private underground parking can support two cars.
