This duplex penthouse is located in the heart of Olbia’s historic center, just steps from restaurants, cafés, shops, and everyday local life. Set within a carefully restored historic building on Via Garibaldi, the apartment combines authentic architecture with modern comfort and privacy.
Positioned above the old town, the penthouse opens onto a private terrace with open views over the harbor and Tavolara, offering light, space, and a rare sense of calm in a central location. The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing, making it suitable for breakfast, quiet afternoons, or evening aperitivi.
Inside, the apartment was fully renovated by our in-house team using durable, high-quality materials selected for long-term comfort. The living area is bright and functional, naturally connected to the terrace. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, from a simple espresso to a relaxed dinner with local ingredients.
The sleeping area is designed to remain comfortable for all guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed with quality mattresses, premium linens, and ergonomic pillows. The living area includes a sofa bed for two, equipped with a comfort topper, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests.
Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful lighting make the apartment suitable for leisure stays as well as remote work.
Check-in is simple and independent through 24/7 digital access, allowing guests to arrive at their own pace without keys or waiting. Clear instructions are provided in advance.
For guests arriving by car, secure gated parking is available nearby on request, which is uncommon in Olbia’s historic center and highly appreciated. Free public parking is also available within walking distance.
