Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this cosy apartment located on the seafront, in one of the most tranquil and privileged areas of Salou: Cape Salou. Just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Cala Crancs, this accommodation is perfect for relaxing whilst listening to the sound of the sea from its spacious terrace with direct views of the Mediterranean. The residential complex offers a large swimming pool with sea views open during the season and a multipurpose court for football and basketball. The apartment is located next to Salou Lighthouse, ideal for disconnecting away from the hustle and bustle, in a natural setting surrounded by coves and vegetation. Very close by begins the famous "Camino de Ronda", one of the most emblematic routes on the Costa Dorada, with viewpoints and spectacular views. The coastal path, the viewpoints and the coves make Cap Salou a perfect place to enjoy nature and practise sport all year round.



The apartment has been partially refurbished and furnished with excellent taste, combining comfort and functionality.

- Living-dining room with air conditioning and fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer).

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed (capacity for 3 people).

- Spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying the stunning sea views and pleasant family evenings.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. Accommodation exclusively for families.

- Accommodation NOT ACCESSIBLE with wheelchair (there are stairs to access the entrance and lift). It is also not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Pets accepted with supplement and size restrictions. Dogs only up to 10-15 kg maximum.

- Optional parking with supplement in the same building. Suitable only for cars. Large vehicles do not fit. No lift from the car park to the accommodation.

- Outdoor communal swimming pool open during summer season (01/05 - 30/09).

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



If you want to enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean, don't miss the route of the viewpoints of Cap Salou. From Punta del Cavall to Cala Morisca and the Salou Lighthouse, you will discover unique corners for photography and the best sunsets. The lighthouse, built in 1858, is still in operation and is surrounded by native vegetation that completes a privileged natural environment.
