Super cute & comfy 1 bedroom apartment close to downtown (1.3 miles from the heart of downtown). Large bedroom with comfortable bed, sitting area, & TV, open kitchen to living room, cute little dining nook. Nearby shops, restaurants and bars, close to Chico State & all our adorable city has to offer. Home has comfy 1 queen bed and large comfy sofa. Quiet neighborhood with Charming homes. Everything you need to feel at home. NOTE: This listing is in the process of being furnished. Photos are of another unit already rented. Photos will be updated soon & apartment will be similarly designed to be a comfortable place to stay but will have different aesthetics.

Quiet, clean & comfortable little home

Perfect place for a quick weekend retreat. We had a very busy weekend visiting family in the area & Sarah's place was perfect for the two of us. Her home is very clean & comfortable. Sarah was also very accommodating in regards to parking our vehicle by our unit. Thank you Sarah for everything...we will definitely be back again!
