This luxury villa comprising 18 studios, each with a private patio, features a common dining room/lounge/bar. The outdoor facilities include BBQ/grill, bicycles, outdoor furniture, garden, wide patio surrounding the pool and an optional fully equipped bar.

Parking is available in a free parking lot next to the accommodation.

The property also offers wireless internet (WIFI) and guest safety features such as enhanced cleaning practices, fire extinguisher and outdoor lighting.

This luxury property sleeps 54, to include up to 18 children. The rate includes up to 36 adults.

Vita Di Spello is just 500 metres from the very heart of the fairy tale city of Spello.

It is a ten minutes stroll to the city centre, bursting with shops, wine bars and restaurants in a stunning context of cobbled lanes and mediaeval cottages, encircled by Roman walls.

You arrive at the gates of Vita Di Spello. A tree lined car park opens onto two apartment blocks. In total there are 18 studios, all identical, each with one bedroom and one shower room with coffee and tea facilities and a private patio.

All bathrooms have windows.

Particular attention has been paid to your sleep; the new hypoallergenic mattresses are equipped with comfortable memory foam toppers, and you can also choose from four types of pillows of different comforts.

All 18 studios are 18 square meters, and the bathrooms are 4 square meters.

There are no catering facilities in the studios because there is a beautiful restaurant / bar in the middle of the campus. You can plan your catering in advance at a rate to suit your pocket. We supply catering for every occasion and you can confer with our events planner about your overall catering budget.

Please note that this property is not self catering!

Opposite the restaurant / bar is a fenced park area with trees, shrubs, garden furniture and sun loungers. In the middle of the park area is a huge swimming pool that can be used for lengths or leisure.

At one end of the pool is a large bar area with cooking facilities and a patio. Again, this bar can be staffed (or not) to suit your requirements.

And, if you’re into spas, then, from inside the restaurant, down a few steps, is a large spa area, with sauna and steam rooms plus a large see through plunge pool. Here there are relaxation beds and 3 massage rooms.

This fabulous spa (also open to non-residents) features the large 50-square-meter heated pool with a whirlpool. In the relaxation area, we offer you chaise lounges, a herbal tea corner, and a Sasha (Jacuzzi) equipped with a sauna, sensory shower, and Turkish bath, as well as chromotherapy and music therapy.

Upon reservation, our qualified staff offers various types of massages (including couples massages) in our massage rooms.

Inside the spa, you'll find men's and women's changing rooms with showers and lockers.
