This beautiful Studio apartment is situated in St Johns, just on the outskirts of Worcester city centre. Recently built to a high standard, the Studio features a modern bathroom with a shower. It is a self-contained unit with its own lockable door, accessed from the main road. There is one dedicated parking space for the flat located in the property carpark.
The Space:
Access to the flat is directly off the main road. The property comes with one allocated parking space for your convenience. Inside, you'll find a cosy living area that leads to a equipped kitchenette complete with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils and pots you need for basic cooking. The living area offers a smart TV with access to Netflix and Freeview channels, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. There is a sofa bed, ideal if you have children. It can sleep upto two children.
The flat has a seperate bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and furniture designed for your convenience, including space for hanging or folding clothes. A hairdryer and ironing board are also provided for your stay. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, sink, and toilet, with towels, soap, and toilet roll supplied.
