2. A Note on Nature 🐜☀️ During Malta’s warmer months, occasional sightings of ants or cockroaches can happen — it’s part of our sunny island life. We do take prevention seriously and provide sprays and traps when needed.

3. Check-In & Check-Out 🕒
* Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
* Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and can’t always be guaranteed — but we’ll do our best when we can!

4. Self Check-In 🔑 Self check-in details and step-by-step instructions will be shared 24 hours before your arrival.

5. Waste Disposal & Local Fines 🚮 You’ll find waste collection schedules in your check-in guide. Please place waste only at the designated times — as local authorities monitor the streets, and incorrect disposal may result in fines.

6. Essentials Provided 🧴 We want you to feel right at home. Here’s what we provide for your stay:
* Shower gel
* Dish soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwasher tablets (if applicable) — enough for 3–5 nights
* Garbage bags
* Fresh bed linens
* Towels (1 set per guest)

7. Guest Policy 👥 Only guests included in your booking are allowed to stay overnight. If you’d like to invite an additional guest, please let us know in advance — a nightly charge may apply, and approval is required.

8. No Pets Allowed 🚫🐾

9. No Smoking Indoors 🚭 Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the property. Tampering with or removing smoke detectors will incur a charge.

10. Damages & Missing Items 🧾 Any damages or missing items will be charged to the booking guest. We ask you to treat the space with care and respect.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rules can result in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely and summer season, although he does sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check Ins are done or by one of our team or by self check in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedules are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSAPP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, servicios, instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
The view is perfect, shame the balcony wasn't a bit bigger though but at least 2 people can sit out there though one of them will get blown about by the Aircon fan that is also on the balcony. The apartment kitchen has everything you need, the lounge area is also good but just has the one sofa so if 4 people stay ( sofabedsleeps 2) you either all sit in a row or 2 have the dining table chairs, it does have a good dining table too though and a good size TV, but we couldn't get TV channels only YouTube. The bathroom needs shelves, I had to turn the lining basket upside down and use that to put my toiletry stuff on, the shower is a squeeze, if you are a plus size person you may struggle in the shower. It says on the ad that there is parking, but it's only street parking and we found it very hard to find somewhere to park on the Friday and Saturday and that was October, I wouldn't like to be looking for parking in peak season. Bedroom has wardrobe with 2 low draws and 2 wall shelves, long mirror and 2 hanging hooks. Overall cleanliness? Well other than the 2 pairs of sock and the men's pair of underpants we found in the washing machine, from previous guest I assume, the place was clean. Would I stay there again if I returned to that area? Yes but I would look for different accommodation first before booking.
