This is a renovated 3 bed 2 bath single story house. There is a backyard patio sitting area that allows smoking. However no smoking inside.

Guest access
Please do not bring more than 2 vehicles to the property. Park in the house driveway whenever possible. Street parking is also available free of charge of course.

Other things to note
Quiet hours will be enforced from 11pm-7am. This mainly applies to the outside areas as noise can easily travel outside to neighbors.

Clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Nothing luxurious and kitchen equipment is a little lacking. Anything you need you can get easily at nearby stores.

The garbage disposal did not work. The dishwasher ran continuously for six hours before we had to manually stop it. There were no sponges to wash dishes. There were no garbage bags for trash. The bathrooms were filthy. We had to wash the rugs in the bathroom before we could stand on them. The place has not been well attended to.
