The space
The apartment is for exclusive and private use for guests with capacity for up to 10 people.

This apartment is located on the SECOND FLOOR, you must climb a few stairs to access the accommodation

PARKING: It has a parking bay outside the house. It is not a covered or guarded parking lot, you can find parking one block from the house in the gym.

DINING ROOM: Dining room for 6 people next to the kitchen.

LAUNDRY ROOM: In the kitchen area there is the laundry area with a washer/dryer machine that can be used free of charge, a laundry room, and basic toiletries and cleaning utensils.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofas to share with family or friends, table with multiple outlets for those who must work with an excellent 350Mb Wifi connection.

KITCHEN: Kitchen all needed to cook, dinnerware, silverware, kitchen utensils, pot set, microwave, toaster, gas stove with extractor fan, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer.
