The rustic 18th-century farmhouse covers 100 hectares of land and has been family-run for nearly 40 years.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, its extraordinary location allows you to fully enjoy a profound tranquility that enhances the colors, scents, and landscapes you'll find yourself immersed in, as if by magic. Centuries-old oak forests, perfect for long, refreshing walks, alternate with ancient olive groves. These trees are made noble and magnificent by the Olivastra Seggianese, a wild, native plant that produces a unique type of olive.

The organic farm features 5 independent apartments, a large swimming pool, and panoramic views on all sides of the farmhouse. Breakfast is available on request. Within a 25 km radius, you can visit the most beautiful thermal spa towns like Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo, or explore charming medieval villages such as Pienza, Montalcino, and the impressive Mount Amiata.

Belvedere Apartment: Located on the mezzanine floor (10 steps), this apartment consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, and a large panoramic terrace. Free Wi-Fi and pool access are included.
