The inside of the cabin was fairly clean and nice however the exterior and rear deck were in need of power washing and cleaning. The gutters were full of debris which had decayed and had weeds sprouting up.

Inside was clean. Microwave door was trying to fall off. Out porches haven’t been tended to in awhile. AC stopped working. Maintenance came, but problem wasn’t fixed until my husband fixed it.
