It features 4 fully furnished bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with three single beds, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed), as well as a cozy sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The space is bright, modern, and carefully maintained, offering a welcoming and stylish atmosphere for a relaxing stay.


Guests also benefit from free parking on-site, making your stay even more convenient.

The accommodation is located on the third floor. It is possible to take the elevator.

There is free parking for you to enjoy. Please note that the parking space is not very large and is not suitable for vans, high vehicles, or large cars, as there are pipes on the ceiling that limit the height to a maximum of 1.90 m. Parking requires some maneuvering, so we recommend it only for small or medium-sized cars.

There is split-type air conditioning in the living room and the triple bedroom, and fans are provided in the other rooms. During the winter months, central heating is available.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
