Two bathrooms ensure convenience, with one featuring a bathtub perfect for a leisurely soak, while the other offers a refreshing shower. A washer is also available for your laundry needs, making longer stays a breeze.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in West Hampstead, this apartment is in a vibrant neighbourhood known for its lively cafes, boutiques, and charming streets. Enjoy strolls around the area or explore nearby attractions like Hampstead Heath to taste local life.

Getting around is a breeze with West Hampstead station just a short walk away, offering quick connections via the Jubilee Line. Thameslink services and Overground options expand your travel possibilities, making it easy to explore all that London has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
