15 mins from Llo's hot baths.
Ideally placed for ballads, mountain bike outings (on 2 hiking trails).
Return from the slopes possible by the golf course directly at the chalet if the snow cover is sufficient.

Si l'emplacement est parfait mĂȘme s'il ne donne pas sur le golf, l'Ă©tat du chalet est loin d'ĂȘtre satisfaisant. Tout d'abord une seule clĂ© pour 8 personnes, c'est inacceptable ! Deux fenĂȘtres ne fermant pas obligeant Ă  garder les volets fermĂ©s en notre absence pour la sĂ©curitĂ©, chambres du RdC subissant tous les bruits de l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur car pas de vĂ©ritable plancher, des courants d'air Ă  toutes les ouvertures. Une cheminĂ©e mais pas de bois et de mode d'emploi, radiateurs tout rouillĂ©s. CotĂ© salon, seulement 6 petites places. CotĂ© cuisine, la moitiĂ© de la vaisselle Ă©brĂ©chĂ©e et les poĂȘles grasses avec l'intĂ©rieur abimĂ©. LV et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur instables. MĂ©nage trĂšs succinct malgrĂ© un cout relativement Ă©levĂ©.

La fabrique Ă  souvenirs

Un chalet authentique qui vous permettra d'avoir chacun son environnement pour se ressourcer. Une mezzanine appréciée par les enfants. Le poele central permet de se retrouver autour du feu et rechauffe l'ensemble des locaux, c'est parfait. Station de ski familiale, accessible et partenariat avec une boutique de location bien appréciée par toute la famille, au pied de la télécabine. Biensur on recommande! On y reviendra sans doute.

pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine, manque bouilloire, économe, saladier ... chambres à l'étage mansardées avec poutres dangereuses . Début de séjour difficile car 2 jours sans eau chaude mais bonne réactivité des gérants.

Trop de dĂ©ceptions : Draps sales et manquant Salle de bain d'une autre Ă©poque, vĂ©tuste, dĂ©gradĂ©e et sale.... SystĂšme Ă©lectrique Ă  refaire . Pas sĂ»r qu'il soit aux normes DĂ©gĂąts des eaux en fin d'annĂ©e avec un mur qui tombe en lambeaux, parquet soulevĂ©, et j'en passe. NĂ©cessitĂ© de mettre le ballon d'eau chaude en marche forcĂ©e ( manque d'information) Pas d'internet .. En rĂ©sumĂ©, un chalet qui n'aura jamais du ĂȘtre louė en l'Ă©tat. (Photos Ă  l'appui)

Beau chalet traditionnel

TrÚs bon emplacement, dans un endroit calme bien que proche du centre ville. Proximité immédiate de chemins de randonnées. Tout cela permet de limiter les déplacements en voiture. Le chalet est en bois, ce qui lui donne un cÎté trÚs chaleureux.Son aménagement est, pour certaines choses, un peu désuet, mais l'essentiel est là et permet un bon accueil pour 8 personnes.

Nous avons passé un super week-end prolongé , dans ce chalet confortable et decoré avec soin.L'accueil trÚs sympathique de Valérie qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison. Bref, tout était réussi, pour un excellent séjour.... Toute la famille RIERA.
