Situated in the vibrant suburb of Cape Town, Gardens, you will find
this open-plan studio loft, the perfect temporary home for business
travellers or holidaymakers.
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the stylish,
open-plan design, featuring a fully equipped kitchen fitted with
everything you need to have a comfortable self-catering experience, as
well as a washing machine for added convenience.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, bookcase, and a TV
cabinet with a mounted flatscreen television, making it the perfect
area to unwind while watching your favourite series or cuddling up with
your favourite book. The dining area boasts a wooden round dining table
with two chairs. Guests will enjoy internet access throughout the
property, and large windows add a nice touch, offering stunning city
views and sunlight bathing the space during the day.
The bedroom features a double bed along with a nightstand and air
conditioning. The loft is primarily a decorative feature but may also
be used as an additional bedroom for up to two guests or children aged
12 and above. Please note that access is only via a ladder, making it
unsuitable for young children. There is a shower, a washbasin with
vanity, and a toilet in the bathroom, and fresh linen and towels are
provided with your stay.
The studio is well situated and close to a MyCiTi bus stop for
hassle-free trips to Sea Point and Bloubergstrand, and guests can also
access the local and international restaurants of City Centre, as well
as the Two Oceans Aquarium and the Cape Town Comedy Club, at their
convenience.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
