Gem in Houston

Susan and Dennis are terrific property managers! We had a few minor things come up during our extended stay and they handled them literally within minutes! House was spotless upon check in. Location is fantastic, it felt like 15 mins or less to anything you could want in Houston. Garage, driveway, backyard and very well equipped kitchen were bonuses. Only thing to note when considering this property is that the top floor bathroom is captive to the master bedroom. This was as described and worked fine for us, but is the only idiosyncrasy about the property worth noting in review. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is exactly as advertised and then some.

Wonderful home in the Montrose / Heights Area

We rented this lovely home for a family gathering near our daughter and her family, who live nearby in the Heights. It was exactly as pictured, and was much better equipped than many of the places we have stayed. It even had a grand piano, which was a special treat for the three pianists in our family! Susan, the host, was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
