Hullidays luxurious apartments.
This 2 double bedroom luxury refurbished ground floor apartment is located in Hull City Centre 5 min walk form both Hull New and Hull Truck Theatres making it an excellent location for Theatre performers and visitors for both work and leisure to Hull.
Recently refurbished with new look kitchen inc vinly flooring. Whole apartment new thicker carpet & underlay. Apartment freshened up with paint.
New modern digitasl electric heaters added aswell!
There is free private secure parking to the rear of the building.
It is a good sized apartment with Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer and a washer dryer in a modern open plan kitchen area/lounge.
The apartment has electric heating in all rooms.
It is located within 5 to 10 minutes walk of all city centre amenities and hull Paragon Stn.
We aim to offer a high standard of short term accommodation in Hull to give all our guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guest have access to the full ground floor apartment with secure parking to the rear of the property.
Guests have full use of the apartment and we are available 24hr a day.
The apartment has privacy and located with 5 min walk of both Theatres and Paragon rail amd bus stn.
if you are flying to or from Humberside airport pick up/drop off can be arranged by prior notice.
Transport can be arranged to and from any location within the city upon request
Please note there is a charge for these services.
A security/damage deposit of £100 is due on arrival via Bank transfer and returned on checkout date
