Hopton Court Apartment, located on the entire second floor of the Grade II listed Hopton Court House, is the ideal gathering place for family and friends to relax in the tranquil surroundings of the countryside. Built in 1776, the estate team work hard to preserve Hopton Court's heritage.

The winding stairs lead you to the apartment on the second floor; on your left, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal with modern appliances. Gather around the farmhouse style dining table, and enjoy views of the estate.

At the end of the hallway, the bright and airy sitting room makes the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. Relax on the comfortable sofa's whilst watching television, or take in the views looking across the large lake from the windows.

Hopton Court Apartment enjoys three bedrooms; bedroom one with a 5' king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two enjoys the flexibility of twin 2'5 single beds which can be configured into a 5' king-size bed on request, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a 4'6 double and has use of the family bathroom. All bedrooms have been thoughtfully decorated with beautiful finishing touches throughout.

Outside, enjoy the rural views on the terrace whilst enjoying your morning coffee, and explore the estate's grounds and spend time in nature.

Please note, there are steep winding stairs to access the apartment with a total of 35 steps.
The large lake is not fenced off, please keep an eye on children at all times.
Guests have access to explore the estate grounds.
Please note, shoot days will be taking place on the estate during the shooting season.
