Kaira is a newly completed holiday home in Äkäslompolo, part of the new Joiku Resort finished in 2025. Designed for up to six guests, it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area that combines a modern kitchen, dining space, and fireplace lounge. An electric sauna and outdoor jacuzzi offer warmth and relaxation after days in Lapland’s outdoors, while nearby slopes, trails, and village amenities make Kaira a balanced and comfortable base year-round.

Kaira offers a calm and comfortable setting in the heart of Äkäslompolo, where Lapland’s fells and forests begin just beyond the doorstep. Completed in 2025 as part of the new Joiku resort, the property reflects understated Scandinavian elegance with earthy tones, natural textures, and large windows framing soft northern light.
