Located in a brand-new building, finished in 2025, this apartment offers modern living at its finest.
Kitchen & Amenities
While we do not have a traditional stove, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, and other convenient appliances. Coffee is available for a perfect start to your mornings.
The apartment is fully electric-powered, providing a safe, clean, and modern environment.
Parking & Additional Services
Guests can enjoy free parking in the courtyard, providing safe and convenient access to the apartment.
Additionally, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee, ensuring you can maintain a perfectly tidy space during your stay if desired.
