On the seafront in Portstewart, you’re surrounded by local attractions, cafes, and ice cream parlours. Take in coastal walks, or drive to nearby sites like the Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce Castle, and Bushmills.

House Rules:
- No smoking or pets
- No parties or loud noise
- Not suitable for children under 12
- Please note: there are stairs to gain access to the apartment so please bear in mind when booking for guests with limited mobility. There is an ensuite in the master bedroom for those with reduced mobility and all seating is reclinable for additional comfort.

Booking Policy:
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
