Perfect for those looking to kick back on the sand, Villa Mare Sud has a wonderful location just a 5 minute walk from the local beach. You can easily walk to a handful of bars and eateries, whilst being ideally situated between multiple UNESCO sites including Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli. Back at the villa, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, open plan living spaces and your own private pool. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.
Located in the area of Santa Maria del Focallo, Villa Mare Sud is an ideal choice for beach lovers and those looking to explore the fascinating UNESCO cities of Sicily. A 5 minute stroll takes you to a beautiful sandy beach, with a lido offering sunbeds to hire and tasty meals by the sea. There are a handful of bars and eateries nearby, open during the high season. The historic town of Ispica is less than 15 minutes’ drive away, with beautiful Baroque architecture and open piazzas lined with restaurants. The interesting towns of Scicli and Modica are also just 30 minutes’ away by car – perfect for a day trip.
