Thank you for your review. We are sorry that these concerns were only raised after your stay had ended. During your one-month stay, you never informed us of any issues regarding the cleanliness or condition of the apartment. Had such issues existed from the first day, we would have expected you to contact us immediately so that we could resolve them, as we always do. Instead, the only matters you contacted us about were the hot water system and resending the access code, and in both cases we responded promptly and provided assistance. We also noticed that your review was published almost two weeks after your departure. During your stay, you did not provide any photos or other evidence to support the concerns mentioned in your review, leaving us with no opportunity to verify or address them. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and across other booking platforms we consistently receive 10/10 cleanliness ratings, reflecting the standards we maintain for every guest. We believe that hospitality is built on mutual respect. We always hand over our apartment clean, well-prepared, and ready for our guests' arrival, and we expect it to be treated with the same care and respect. Unfortunately, the condition in which the apartment was left after your departure did not reflect that same standard. Regarding the absence of a shower curtain, this is a deliberate choice on our part. Shower curtains require frequent replacement and careful maintenance, and if not properly maintained they can retain moisture and become unhygienic. For this reason, we have chosen not to install one. The bathroom layout and amenities are also clearly shown in the listing photos, allowing guests to see exactly what to expect before booking.We also found the apartment in a condition that required significantly more cleaning than usual after your departure, and some of our property, including the electric kettle, was damaged during your stay. Despite this, our response focuses only on clarifying the facts regarding the concerns raised in your review with proves of that photos and cleaners. We will continue to welcome all of our guests with the same professionalism, transparency, and respect that have always been the foundation of our hospitality.
